“China is currently Africa’s biggest trading partner, Sino-African Bilateral trade reached $160 billion in 2011 and apparently Chinese investment in Africa currently totals $13 billion. One of the consequences of this trade has been the exponential increase of Chinese people in Africa. Around one million Chinese citizens are believed to be working and doing business across the African continent.”
